It can work under little lubricant conditions and the performance is better than other known boundary lubricants. The frication surface is hard and thick with good abrasive resistance.
Its mechanical strength is great and it is capable of sustaining heavy dynamic or static loads. It is applied to the rotation movement under heavy load and low speed, swinging movement as well as circumstances where loaded start up/shut down is frequent and fluid lubrication isn’t likely to take place. Under the boundary lubricating condition, it can work for a long period without lubricating maintenance and the service hours of the bearing can be prolonged through oiling in the course. 
Allowance shall be left for the forming of the plastic layer of surface agricultural machineries. After assembled into the seat, it can be machined at the operator’s will so as to acquire better mounting dimensions.
This product is mainly used for automobile chassis, metallurgical machineries, mining machineries, water conservancy machineries, construction machineries, agriculture-purpose machineries and steel rolling equipments, etc.
